ECVC Mission Statement
The priority of the Company is to promote and develop the well-being of the people of Elmton and Creswell villages by: 1 Improving the quality of life, We aim to provide better services in the community and act as a focal point for the community and individuals 2 Developing the local economy We are concentrating on the relief of unemployment by training those without work and those seeking to better their prospects, working with public and private organisations. In general we aim to help local businesses and enterprises. 3 Protecting the environment and heritage, We aim to help in protecting the unique local environment and heritage so that future generations may continue to enjoy it. 4) Interacting with local people We will inform, consult with and listen to local people so that they can share in making decisions about issues, services and facilities that affect their lives. By increasing public awareness and understanding of our activities, we aim to engage and involve more people in community matters.
